Loyalty Lab: Advice & Execution
 
Loyalty Lab can offer its clients a total loyalty marketing concept, with a range of services covering both advice and execution. We organise a loyalty programme according to a unique set of procedures, consistently following the various steps below. The entire project is carried out in close collaboration with the client.
 
Strategy development: The first step involves bringing together all the available visions, ambitions, frameworks, knowledge and processes. This is done on the basis of four core models. The results will serve as a starting point for the loyalty marketing strategy.
 
Concept design: We subsequently create a strong foundation by filling in the details of the customer models, data models, technical infrastructure, contact programmes and working processes.
 
Implementation of the design: The technical infrastructure is constructed and arranged. The various data are actually imported and compiled through a process of standardisation, selection and validation. We subsequently create dashboards for reporting purposes and write the contact programmes and the introduction and instructions for the client’s internal and/or external organisation.
 
Execution: The management and execution of the entire process: reporting, advising, redefining and where necessary expanding the loyalty programme.
