Working in close partnership with the client, Loyalty Lab develops long-term visions and directly implementable concepts in the area of personalised, behaviour-guided marketing. We subsequently take care of the entire execution, with a strong focus on practicality and manageability and working on the basis of concrete and established business models.
The Loyalty Lab team is made up of a balanced mix of IT specialists, database analysts and loyalty and marketing experts. Each new project is handled by a dedicated team, responsible for the daily co-ordination of the development and implementation of the loyalty programme in question. This approach ensures an optimum synergy between the various disciplines.
