How Loyal is your customer?  Inspiration for Loyalty in the marketing mix
This was the title of an afternoon seminar organised by TNT Post and Loyalty Lab on 17 April, 2007 for various marketing professionals and entrepreneurs.
The event, which centred on sharing inspiration and knowledge with colleagues, was well-attended and highly appreciated by those present. The programme included presentations showcasing current insights and practical examples and round-table conversations with members of the profession, as well as offering tools that the participants could apply directly in practice.
